- The first government recognized organization medical service facility for livestock farmers in the country started from Bihar. It started from 2017 as a pilot project with the name tag Animal Protection Scheme from Nalanda and Patna district of Bihar.
- It was started in the entire state of Bihar in 2021 - 2022 after the success of 2 districts as a pilot project.
- So far, the problem of more than 20 thousand animal husbandry has been surveyed and in the coming 1 year, their problem solution survey will be completed between 1 lakh livestock owners.
- Establishment of its centers in 6 districts of Bihar, Siwan, Patna, Bhojpur , Rohtas , Nawada, Saran, making more than 1000 animal healthy cards and providing 24 hours a day medical, medicine, loan, subsidy and other facilities to the cattle owners.
